    The Bell of the Ball

I have five hives: 4 Langs and 1 Warre. The Warre is beeeeeeeautiful! I got the western red cedar with the cnc windows cut in (makes taking a quick peek a breeze!). After an application of the tung oil, I installed my hive and bees this past Tuesday. I find myself waking up, letting my dog out and walking over to the Warre and taking a peek inside. It is so fascinating to see the bees clustered together in the early morning/evening. This is my first experience with a top bar style hive and it certainly won't be my last. The build took a bit longer than I had expected, but I find things like that enjoyable. Customer service was top notch - as always. I love my hive and am so happy

    Warre Hive with viewing windows

The product itself is very nice quality. One thing that could improve is the instructions for assembly. The viewing windows are a really nice option. We get our bees this week, so I will see how they like their new home.

    Mostly great

Mostly everything was great. I did receive one hive box that had the rough side on the outer side. One that was not predtilled and one top bar with a wood knot that was cracked around the knot. Nothing that was a big deal, but would be nice to have more attention to detail
