Missing Items Policy
We encourage you to open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order. Please send photos of both the packaging (including the shipping label) and product damage so we can submit a claim to our shipper. After you provide the images, we can process the exchange, and we will send you a new product at no cost!
After 60 days, we can’t exchange a damaged item as our shipper will no longer accept claims.
If an item is missing from your order, please contact customer support and let them know your order number and which item did not arrive and we will promptly send your item at no extra charge.
