I use this hive tool to fill my beetle traps with food grade diatomaceous earth. It fits perfectly inside the trap compartments when dispensing the diatomaceous earth. No need to put a bait in the center compartment as the bees heard the Beatles into the trap.

Great tool. A little pricey - in my opinion - but a must have for those keeping warre hives.

I don’t know how I lost the first one after several years of being indispensable, it evaporated. This one was delivered in three days! Fits my hands, nice edge to quickly scrape burr comb before the girls get too upset, wiggles deftly between stuck frames. It’s brilliant.
