Expert Care for Your Mason Bees

Harvest Service will be open from October 1 to December 15, 2025.

Your bees have worked hard all season. Now give them the expert care they deserve. Our service removes pests, cleans cocoons, and provides safe overwintering so your bees return strong and ready to pollinate next spring

Each harvest service includes up to 250 reeds or inserts; wood trays are not included. For more than 250, add an additional service. We will harvest your materials in the Premium BeeWell and the Standard Bee Back.

The Cocoon Camp is a "You Harvest, We Overwinter" service. We can accept up to 1,000 harvested cocoons from you for each camp service.

Add a second ship date, and we'll reach out to you for that date via email.

Harvest Service Levels Include:

• Cocoon Harvesting & Cleaning: We perform gentle hand harvesting and meticulous cleaning to ensure your cocoons are free from debris and mold.

• Pest Removal: We effectively remove pests, including pollen mites, Houdini flies, and fungal infections, using eco-friendly Clean Bee™ solution, a safe bleach alternative.

• Climate-Controlled Storage: Your cocoons are safely stored in our dedicated climate-controlled cooler, which ensures optimal temperature and humidity during overwintering.

• Free Return Shipping: We ship healthy cocoons via FREE FedEx 2-day shipping in the spring.

How It Works  

1. Reserve your service by purchasing your harvest or overwinter service.

2. You’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions for packing and shipping your nesting materials or harvested cocoons.

3. Send us your materials and we'll take care of the rest. In the spring, we'll ship your healthy cocoons back to you!
