How to Adjust Your Email Settings to Ensure You Don't Miss a Thing!

At Bee Built, we're passionate about delivering the best content, resources, and support to help you along the way. However, sometimes our emails might end up in your spam or promotions folder, or even get blocked by certain settings in your email provider.

To make sure you're receiving our updates, announcements, and special offers without any interruptions, follow these simple steps based on your email provider.

For Gmail Users

Check the "Promotions" Tab:

Our emails may sometimes land in your Promotions tab. Simply drag the email from the Promotions tab to your Primary tab, and click "Yes" when prompted to apply this change for future emails.

Add Us to Your Contacts:

Add our email address (support@beebuilt.com) to your contacts to ensure our emails go straight to your inbox.

  • Open an email from Bee Built, hover over the sender's name, and click "Add to Contacts" on the pop-up window.
  • Mark as Not Spam: If you find our email in your Spam folder, open the email and click the "Not Spam" button at the top.

For Apple Mail Users

Add Bee Built to VIP Contacts:

  • Open an email from Bee Built.
  • Tap the email address at the top.
  • Select "Add to VIP" to prioritize our emails in your inbox.

Move Emails to Inbox:

If our email lands in the wrong folder, simply drag it into your inbox, and future emails should appear there too.

For Yahoo! Mail Users

Mark as Not Spam:

  • Open an email from us.
  • Click "Not Spam" at the top of the message to move the email to your inbox.

Create a Filter for Bee Built Emails:

  • Go to "Settings" and click "More Settings."
  • Select "Filters" from the left side menu.
  • Click "Add new filters," enter "Bee Built" in the filter name, and set up a rule that moves emails from beebuilt.com to your inbox.

For AOL Users

Mark as Not Spam:

  • If our emails are being directed to spam, open the email and click "Not Spam" to redirect future messages to your inbox.


Add to Address Book:

  • Open an email from us.
  • Hover over the email address and click "Add Contact."
